APRIL WRAP-UP!

MONTHLY WRAP-UP

Hello… it’s me.

(Seriously, Nikka?)

Welcome to my April Wrap-up! Unfortunately, the books I ordered haven’t arrived yet, so I couldn’t share them to you. It’s not much, considering I bought TONS last month. While it feels really nice seeing my shelves slowly lose space, I’m trying to save up for my trip to Singapore this month and hopefully snag some books!

Anyway, let’s get down to business.

BOOKS READ IN APRIL

★★★★★

  1. Room – Emma Donoghue
  2. Living Dead Girl – Elizabeth Scott
  3. Faking Normal – Courtney C. Stevens
  4. What Happens Next – Colleen Clayton

★★★★

  1. Unscripted Joss Byrd – Lygia Day Peñaflor
  2. The Blue-Haired Boy – Courtney C. Stevens

Pretty satisfied with the books I chose to read this month! Definitely not my best reading month, but I definitely loved every single one of them, which makes this month really special!

2016 READING CHALLENGE UPDATE
(4/25)

☑ The first book you see in a bookstore – Room

☑ A book you can finish in a day – The Grownup

Hopefully the next few months will be more fruitful and worth reading, haha. I’m very proud of my Mulan reference in the beginning though.

How was April to you?

  1. Sorry to burst the bubble but Jellicoe Road is not a winner of the Pulitzer Prize award. What it won was the Michael L. Printz Award in 2009. You had a good reading month though. 🙂
